All of my kids have never been in the same room, at the same time since Olivia was born. Yesterday was the first time and it was wonderful.
I enjoyed watching all the guys chatting, laughing and planning to hang out in the future to play Magic or D&D with Charles.
Thanksgiving and Christmas will look very different this year, with loosing one of our leaders, our wonderful RAJ who we all love and miss dearly - but maybe having all the kids home will make things a little brighter. Yesterday was the first time we all got together without her, and it was bitter sweet. I thought about her all day, just wishing she was there & knowing how she'd be smiling as she watched her family enjoy each others company....watching Gavin dance with little Olivia-or how Weston and Xander would laugh at Alex's jokes. Or watching Alex chase around Oscar all day! She would have loved it.
